After you have placed an order in our webshop you will receive an email with a confirmation and information about shipping. We from Dogmills always try to deliver your purchase as fast as possible. Our aim is to ship your Dogmill within 5 weeks. You will receive the shipping information in your mailbox.
We ship our Dogmills worldwide. We ship in cooperation with FedEx and will send you all shipping information via email after your purchase. If you want your Dogmill to be delivered to your home, there will be a shipping charge. These shipping costs differ per country. By clicking on the product page to which country the Dogmill needs to be shipped, the relevant shipping costs will be calculated.
If it is possible for you to pick up your Dogmill in the Netherlands, this is free of charge. For this you need to make an appointment. Within the Netherlands and Belgium, our dogmills are delivered by our own courier.
The Dogmills are well packed for shipment. The Dogmills Curve, Dogmills Economy, Dogmills Carpet and Dogmills Standard are packed in boxes on pallets. Dogmills Pro is shipped in a custom-made wooden box. The packages are provided with protective materials so that your Dogmill can be delivered to your home undamaged.
All our products are delivered to you ready to use. If any parts are missing or damaged during delivery, please contact us. You can always count on our optimal service.
