How Dogmills began
Our Staffordshire Bull Terrier (English Stafford) Luna is a very energetic dog. She pulls us on our mountain bikes through the Dutch forests and also likes to go running, cycling or swimming with us.
Luna also has enough energy to chase a ball endlessly. Each energetic Staffordshire Bull Terrier loves games and needs to be challenged, otherwise she will quickly become bored. Despite everything we do with Luna, we noticed that sometimes our busy lives do not allow us to meet her energy needs.
Therefore, we started looking for a way to challenge Luna more, without spending hours every day walking, swimming or cycling. We sought advice and read a lot. A treadmill appeared to be the ultimate solution. However, when we were looking for a quality dog treadmill, we soon came across the high costs, long delivery times and we had our doubts about the price-quality ratio.
High quality treadmills Since 2015
Out of love for Luna we thought that things had to change and so we started Dogmills in 2015. After months of building, tinkering and testing, we produced a perfect prototype, which we then took into production ourselves. The result is a real Dutch quality product! Due to our Dutch production, we can deliver a dog treadmill quickly without compromising on quality. Luna loves our Dogmills treadmill and enjoys it several times a week.
